Terms of Service
2.1 — Agreement. By engaging WebProductsdev for web development, digital product, or consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between the Client and WebProductsdev, registered at 4 Rue de la République, 45000 Orléans, France.
2.2 — Scope of Work. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal. Any changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
2.3 — Pricing & Payment. Prices are quoted in EUR or USD as specified in the proposal. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
2.4 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights, source code, design assets, and digital deliverables are irrevocably transferred to the Client. WebProductsdev retains no rights over completed work products after full settlement.
2.5 — Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, project specifications, and technical architectures shared during the engagement.
2.6 — Limitation of Liability. WebProductsdev's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2.7 — Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Refund Policy
4.1 — Refund Eligibility. WebProductsdev offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) if work has not yet commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days; (b) if work is in progress, a partial refund proportional to undelivered milestones will be provided.
4.2 — Completed Work. Once a project milestone or deliverable has been delivered and accepted by the Client, that portion of the work is non-refundable. Acceptance is implied upon written confirmation or use of the delivered assets.
4.3 — Dissatisfaction. If the Client is unsatisfied with the delivered work, WebProductsdev will make reasonable efforts to revise and correct the deliverables at no additional cost, provided the dissatisfaction falls within the originally agreed scope of work.
4.4 — Requesting a Refund. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference, description of the issue, and desired resolution. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
4.5 — Payment Processing. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
